Having enjoyed the challenging and changing environment that working as a rating surveyor through four revaluations has offered, not to mention the delight from receiving the notices of the Valuation Tribunal just to find out again the Valuation has gone fully in my favour upholding an exemplary undefeated record. I am now excited to be taking the next step in a more detailed view of the world of Business Rates.
I am a people’s person and enjoy building client relationships and adding value to my clients. I pride myself in building a good rapport by offering bespoke service. I have 20 years’ experience working with Asset Managers, Housing Associations, Property Developers, as well as large High Street Retailers. I have been fortunate enough to have worked in Commercial Real Estate for the best part of my career.
